Sermon Drip provides AI assisted tools designed to help churches and ministry leaders repurpose sermon content for digital discipleship and communication.
The service is a tool and does not replace pastoral judgment, theological review, or ministry leadership.
Accounts
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Fees are non refundable except where required by law
• Pricing and plans may change with advance notice
Stripe's terms and policies apply to all payment transactions.
Content Ownership and License
• You retain ownership of all content you upload to Sermon Drip
• You own the content generated for you by the service
• You grant Sermon Drip a limited, non exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service
We do not review, endorse, or guarantee generated content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Use the service to mislead, impersonate, or deceive
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

• Is produced automatically
• May contain factual, theological, or contextual inaccuracies
• Must be reviewed before publication or use
Sermon Drip makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, doctrine, or ministry outcomes.
Hosting and Availability
Sermon Drip is hosted on Base44 infrastructure.
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Error free operation
• Preservation of content beyond normal service operation
Maintenance, outages, or third party failures may occur.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim all warranties, including:
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted access
Use of the service is at your sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Sermon Drip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sermon Drip in the preceding twelve months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sermon Drip from claims arising out of:

Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, access to stored content may be removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sermon Drip operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
